I started my own self healing journey in 1991 after a car accident. I also sought relief from menopause and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). I searched for a way to help myself from many methods available such as herbs, reflexology, homeopathy and various self help books. The best of these I began to study after a tumble down a ski hill in 1998 that left me with a severe concussion. After one session with my Jin Shin Jyutsu® practitioner after the fall, I felt like myself again; so I could begin to heal. I have studied this healing art ever since. After 20+ years of executive positions in the real estate development world, this was a new beginning.
Jin Shin Jyutsu®, a form of energetic body balancing, works very well; I encourage you to research it for yourself. But, I found the format to be confusing for many people to be able to understand and use effectively. Consequently, whenever I would give ideas to friends and family about helping themselves, it was recommendations to touch or "play" fingers.
When I realized I could translate the extensive information I have to fingers, Fingerplay™ was born. I can't stop now, it's so much fun. And I wanted to give you the opportunity to experience this fun and simplicity for yourself.
I love to Fingerplay™ in bed as I'm waking up in the morning, it's so nice to gradually wake up touching your fingernails; the Zest song is a great choice for waking up. And at night as I'm settling down to sleep I play Restore [shown on the Get Started Now! page] to relax for sleep. Try it.
I currently live with Carlos, my partner of 20 years, in North Hollywood, CA and dream of the Minnesota woods.
I hope you enjoy Fingerplay™ as much as I do, it can help you enjoy your life.
